    To comprehensively enhance the understanding, analysis, learning, and reference of advanced R&D management experience from international cosmetics peers among the backbone members of the company, and to gain insight and grasp the trends and trends in the development of the cosmetics industry in the Asia Pacific region. Recently, under the personal leadership of General Manager Chen Shaochang, core members of technology, quality control, production, supply, finance, and management of Mengsha Beauty and Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and An'an Beauty and Health Products Co., Ltd. under An'an International Group flew to Japan to conduct industry research and inspection.

On June 18th, the Mengsha team traveled southward from Tokyo, passing through Hakone, Izu, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka. Along the way, they visited Toyo Daily Chemical, Matsumoto R&D Laboratory, CS Laboratory, Nippon Chemical Co., Ltd., Yamada Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Dazhi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. They were warmly received by Japanese colleagues and corporate executives, and had sincere and friendly exchanges and communication with Japanese colleagues, Learn from Japanese peers to refine.

On June 22nd, the An An team entered Japan from Osaka and headed north, passing through Nara, Kyoto, Shizuoka, and Izu to Tokyo. Along the way, they visited the Shonan cosmetics factory and the headquarters of Shiseido Co., Ltd., a century old daily chemical brand located in Ginza, Tokyo. The Japanese colleagues from Xiangnan Cosmetics Factory also carefully arranged a special lecture on texture and skincare knowledge for everyone, and led everyone to visit their clean production workshop and automated production flow equipment throughout the process.

Taking the Shiseido brand as an example, it only takes three months for them to quickly respond to the market in the research and development and updating of conventional categories. During the study, they were fully entertained physically and mentally.
